OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PRICE AND DELIVERY FEE

Hamilton Wholesale Meats reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are GST inclusive and are displayed and processed in New Zealand Dollars. Delivery charges will vary outside the Hamilton City boundary. Additional delivery charges on request.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

You must complete all mandatory fields when ordering. This helps us ensure that we can contact you about your order and deliver the products to you (at your correct address).

You can pay by Visa or MasterCard credit/debit or Internet banking when you submit your order. We use secure systems to safeguard your details at every step of the way. We don’t hold your credit card details.

We will deliver the products to the address specified by you at the time of your order. As well as your home address, we are happy to deliver to your workplace. For obvious reasons, we can’t deliver to a PO Box address! To ensure a successful delivery, please notify us as soon as possible if your delivery address, e-mail address or contact telephone details change.

Delays

If your delivery is delayed, we will advise you as soon as we discover the delay and tell you of the expected delivery date. If we can’t deliver your order within one week from the time we receive your order, we will gladly cancel your order upon your request to do so, and refund the purchase price. If you are happy to wait, we will keep your order in our system and let you know as soon as a delivery date is known.

Orders received by 3pm will be delivered the following day or on any nominated day (Monday through Friday) by you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to meat being a perishable product we are unable to accept cancellations or make amendments on delivery day.

If you wish to make changes to your order you can amend your order up until 7am the day of delivery.
